HOW TO HELP SOMEONE GOING THROUGH A TOUGH TIME

Life is tough for everyone. Some may feel as if they are alone in this journey, but that’s not the case. Every person has their own battles to fight. If you know someone who is going through a tough time. Help them in the following three ways.

LET THEM FEEL YOUR FEELINGS

Don’t mask your solutions in front of your friends who are going through a rough patch in their life. By hiding your feelings, they are not going to vanish. Instead, they would trap energy and have negative health consequences when ignored. Tell them about what you are sufferings. Having problems is okay.

LET THEM KNOW TO ACCEPT SUPPORT

Asking for help is just one side of the coin flipping. On the other side of the coin, you have to accept the support. You can let the suffering person know it is okay to accept support. People who come to your aid care about you. Be open to receiving help when you need it.

HELP SOMEONE IN NEED

We often feel better when we help someone in their bad times, even though we suffer from the inside. It still feels good to help someone in times of need. It gives you a sense of assurance that you did well and can do better the next time someone needs your help.
